What We Do
We are a small charity staffed entirely by volunteers.
We raise money so we can
organise events for disadvantaged children aged 5-9 years living in Hampshire.
These events include:
- A week long summer camp
- Summer days out
- Christmas events
As we have no offices and have no paid staff our overheads are extremely low.
This means the money we raise can be spent directly on the events we run for
the children.
In what way are the children disadvantaged?
Children are referred to us for a wide range of reasons.
For example, they may be
- victims of abuse
- young carers for a disabled parent
- living in difficult family circumstances from which they need a break
